THIS IS MY STORY

California-raised and Boston educated, I spent over a decade in public accounting, including 8 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers auditing financial disclosures of corporate, non-profit, and private companies.

Then 2020 changed my life.

As a founding fellow in the CEO Action for Racial Equity public policy fellowship, I led talented professionals across the country in the strategy, implementation, and community engagement of equitable policies designed to improve the lives of Black Americans.

I am a CPA and IFRS FSA credential holder. I serve my community as a LA County commissioner and influence the philanthropic space as a board member for America's Charities.

My passion is to advise professionals and institutions in the design and implementation of equitable practices and strategies.

Place-based Community Engagement Strategy

Listened to - not just heard. Too often we see organizations make decisions in siloes failing to engage the communities they operate in. I help organizations avoid costly mistakes by identifying relevant community stakeholders and developing engagement strategies.

Corporate ESG Policy Advisory

Bridging the gap between E+S+G. There is much more to the "S" than DEI initiatives. I provide industry specific advice helping businesses expand the "S" to the "E" and "G" through organizational policies and public disclosures.

Public-Private Partnership Consulting

Working together for societal change. Non-profits, foundations, government entities, and business communities have different strengths to bring to the table. I consult on effective partnership strategies to create sustainable impact.
